This is an opportunity to lead lead a team of professionals in delivering high high-quality healthcare services to women. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all all all aspects aspects aspects of women's health health health services services, including obst obst obstetrics, gynecologyology, neonatology, and reproductive health health. As the the Permanent Director of Women Women Services, you will be be be tasked with the following responsibilities the following responsibilities the following responsibilities:

1.. Over Oversee the daily operations operations of the Women's Services department, ensuring the the delivery delivery of high-quality patient care care care.
2. Develop and and and implement strategic plans to to enhance enhance service delivery, improve patient patient patient satisfaction, and achieve department departmental objectives.
33. Manage budgets and and and resources effectively, ensuring optimal optimal optimal utilization.
4.. Ensure compliance with all all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
5. Collaborate with other department heads and medical staff to foster an environment of cooperation cooperation and mutual respect.

Qualifications:

To be considered for for for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

1. Current and valid Wyoming RN License or compact compact compact equivalent.
2. Current Current BLS Certification through the the the American Heart Association.
3. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role in a healthcare setting setting.
4.. At least least 2 years of OB OB OB/L/L/LD experience.
555. AWHONNNN Intermediate Intermediate Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certification.

6. Excellent management management management and and leadership skills, with with with the the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
