Job Details
- You will bring your “can-do” attitude and spirit of determination to the People Team as a meticulous and details-oriented People Operations Director. -You will take ownership for all People Operations, Benefits Administration, HRIS, and Talent Management activities.
- Experience in building talent management programs that have measurable impact on business results (performance and career development)
- ,Strong business acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative.
- Skilled in project management and development including effective interpersonal skills, effective and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in using HR technology and data to drive people practices.
- Ensure compliance with State and Federal guidelines, Leaves of Absence/time off programs, EEO-1, and areas of Employee Handbook interpretation that may have impact on compliance.
- Benefits administration and support to our employees. Activities may include inquiries, enrollment, carrier data entry, vendor relations, and auditing.
- Playing an active role in partnering with management and staff in the resolution of a wide variety of People practices including compliance, benefits, talent management, wage & hour, pay, and overall company practices.
- Partner with Employee Experience Director in creating remarkable experiences for our employees.
- Play a crucial role in protecting and evolving our company culture and ensuring we embed our core values into all people practices.
