Our client is a radiopharmaceutical company based in North Eastern United States. This organization operates in a brand new state-of-the-art facility, focusing on CDMO services as well as commercialization of our own portfolio radiopharmaceutical products. They have recently submitted their first New Drug Application (NDA) to US FDA and intend to launch the product in Q3 2023.
This company is a small team, where all team members support each other in a variety of activities. We are looking for team members who are motivated to take on new challenges and excited to help build the company. Partial equity-based compensation packages possible.

Job Details
Define marketing and sales strategy for upcoming radiopharmaceutical product launch.
Build and lead field sales and HQ based marketing teams to achieve successful launch and subsequent revenue goals.
Identify customer needs, anticipate their reaction to Company’s products, and develop and execute field strategy.
Oversee development of marketing strategy and marketing materials.
Drive key customer and KOL relationships.
Collaborate with other functions to ensure efficient customer-focused processes.
Establish CRM system for managing sales interactions.
Establish KPIs and sales funnel tracking to create transparency.
Coach team to develop sales skills and business acumen.
Collaborate with radiopharmacy partners to ensure customer product availability.
Contribute to overall company strategy setting.
Education and Qualifications:
10+ years commercial experience with outstanding track record in pharmaceutical sales, marketing, or market access.
Preferred experience in nuclear medicine / radiopharmaceuticals markets.
Experience leading teams independently and cross-functionally.
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Strong conceptual ability for strategy definition.
Strong motivation and problem-solving skills.
Strong negotiation skills.
