Job Details
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Division Controller to join our dynamic team in the finance industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in student housing, multifamily, real estate, and financial reporting. This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 5+ years of experience.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the financial operations of the multifamily division, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Manage the accounting team and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Provide financial analysis and guidance to senior management to support strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of financial projects
- Monitor and analyze industry trends and provide recommendations for process improvements
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including lenders and investors
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in student housing, multifamily, real estate, and financial reporting
- CPA or CFA certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Proficient in MS Office and financial software applications
