Job Details

We are seeking a Division Head of Soft Goods (Product Development & Sourcing) to lead all aspects of a growing soft goods and bedding category.

Location: New York City (in-office most of the week)
Scope: End-to-end ownership of product lifecycle, including design, development, sourcing, costing, and production
Global Sourcing: Oversight of international vendor network (Asia-focused, with flexibility to evolve strategy)
Leadership: Reports into executive leadership; responsible for building and leading a cross-functional team
Travel: International travel required for vendor management and key partner meetings
Retail Exposure: Strong alignment with large-scale retail and value-oriented channels

What You’ll Bring:
  • Deep experience in soft goods product development and global sourcing
  • Strong understanding of P&L ownership and cost structure
  • Ability to partner across design, merchandising, and supply chain
  • Experience working with high-volume retail accounts
  • Proven leadership and project management capabilities
