This role is integral to our operations and will oversee all aspects of transportation, productivity, production, safety, and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will be responsible for budget planning and management, ensuring customer satisfaction, and implementing effective recycling programs. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish and have extensive experience in hauling and yard management. Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of the division's operations, including management, transportation, productivity, and production.
  • Ensure the division complies with all safety regulations and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and manage the division's budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and cost-effectiveness.
  • Plan and implement effective programs, promoting environmental sustainability.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Manage hauling operations and yard activities, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
  • Promote a culture of safety and compliance within the division.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on waste management, transportation, or similar industry.
  • Proven experience in budget planning and management.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Experience in hauling and yard management.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of safety regulations and regulatory requirements in the industry.
