- Financial Oversight: Manage accounting operations, job costing, inventory, general ledger, and financial reporting. Ensure accurate and timely close processes and maintain internal controls.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, analyze financial results, and provide variance analyses and recommendations.
- Financial Analysis & Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports, conduct financial analysis, and partner with regional leadership to drive profitability and growth.
- Compliance & Audit: Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, manage external audits, and maintain relationships with auditors.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor accounting and finance professionals, fostering a collaborative culture.
- Operational Support: Partner with operations to develop financial strategies and provide insights for investment decisions and cost-control initiatives.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- CPA or CMA certification preferred.
- 10+ years of finance/accounting experience in a multi-plant manufacturing environment, with 5+ years in leadership.
- Experience managing multi-location operations.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, regulations (GAAP, IFRS), and ERP software.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
