Divisonal Manager - DFW

We are a national leader in the processing and safe disposal of municpal solid waste. We provide outsourced transfer station management services, including the loading and transportation of waste from in-town processing facilities to remote landfills, to integrated waste companies and municipalities

Responsibilities:

• Recruits, hires, and supervises all Transfer Station operators, independent contractors, laborers, and other assigned personnel.
• Maintains good contact with General Manager and provides feedback on operations.
• Checks cleanliness of Transfer Station areas.
• Identifies, schedules, and supervises the maintenance activities at the Transfer Station.
• Responds to after-hours calls and fills in for other employees as assigned.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of Solid Waste experience
• Previous supervisory experience
• P&L experience is preferred
• 90-100% Travel to transfer sites in North Texas/Oklahoma region
