Requirements:
- Manage projects, ensure project timelines/milestones, manage/control jobsites/costs/budgets, lead teams onsite, value engineering, and change orders
- Blueprints, reports/docs, meetings, scheduling, coordination, quality control, building codes, safety, and closeout
- Working with project planning, scheduling, timelines, and cost controls
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager overseeing commercial drywall/metal stud projects
- Prefer experience with QuickBid/OST
