Job Details

We are looking for a talented E-Commerce Solutions Integration Engineer to join our clients growing Solutions group in Atlanta, GA. This role offers a unique balance of both technical and customer facing responsibilities as you will be the guide to a variety of brands including top tier ecommerce players during their integration within the organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as a technical focal point for integrating clients as the product specialist on ecommerce platform capabilities and requirements definition
  • Take ownership during the implementation cycle and meet deadlines for both external clients and internal teams
  • Provide on-going education and technical assistance to current partners and integrating clients
  • Lead customers through troubleshooting until problem resolution
  • Work closely with development team to implement new features and customer specific requirements
  • Set integration tests as part of the preparation for QA phase
  • Provide ongoing support for Customer Success and Tech Support teams with live brands

REQUIREMENTS
  • 2-3 years of experience in IT Operations, Service or Technical pre/post sales team, with direct client interaction, in a web-based environment, either within Tech Support, Development, OR as an Implementation Engineer
  • Previous experience in eCommerce environment is a strong advantage, ideally on Shopify
  • Knowledge of REST API’s and experience troubleshooting with JSON/XML payloads
  • Good understanding and knowledge on web technologies
  • Experience with debugging tools and analyzing logs
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational databases
  • Ability to plan, organizing and utilize skills which ensure successful and timely completion projects
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience with debugging tools and analyzing logs

  • Local to Atlanta, able to work Hybrid, in-office and remote as needed
