Join a leading full-service law firm with a strong reputation in complex litigation, corporate, and real estate matters. This team is seeking a skilled eDiscovery attorney to play a strategic role in managing large-scale document reviews and discovery workflows.

This is not a doc review position — you’ll be a key part of the litigation team’s discovery strategy, leveraging advanced technology and analytics to drive efficient and defensible discovery processes.

Job Details

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute complex search strategies in Relativity, including advanced Boolean, dtSearch, and TAR workflows
  • Conduct “third-level” searches to isolate responsive and privileged materials with precision
  • Coordinate with litigation teams to develop and implement defensible discovery protocols
  • Oversee and manage eDiscovery vendors, including scoping, pricing, and contract negotiation
  • Track and forecast discovery budgets, timelines, and review team progress
  • Advise attorneys on technology solutions, analytics, and review strategies

Qualifications
  • J.D. and active bar license
  • 3–8 years of eDiscovery or litigation support experience
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Relativity (RelativityOne preferred)
  • Proven ability to build and run complex search protocols and analytics workflows
  • Strong understanding of vendor pricing models, data volumes, and cost drivers
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
