Job Details

Perform transthoracic echocardiograms and stress echo tests, including exercise and pharmacological procedures.
Capture and analyze digital cardiac images, recognizing pathology and adjusting exams as needed.
Respond to urgent cases and communicate critical findings to physicians.
Prepare equipment and documentation for echocardiogram procedures.
Participate in quality control, staff orientation, and performance improvement initiatives.

Requirements
High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree in cardiovascular technology preferred.
Minimum one year of echocardiogram experience; two years preferred.
Completion of an accredited cardiac ultrasound program and valid RDCS or RCCS license.
Registry eligible per ARDMS or CCI standards.
Current BLS certification from an approved provider.
