Education Law Associate

Requirements:

• 3 years of Litigation and/or administrative process experience, including handling discovery and preparing pleadings.
• Experience in mediations, arbitrations, and/or trials a plus.
• Education law experience & Public Entity experience is preferred.
• Need a passion for supporting public education.
• School district experience (a plus).
• Admission to the California State Bar.
