We are seeking a dedicated, experienced, and dynamic EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) Supervisor to join our team in the food production industry. This role is critical in fostering a safety culture, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting continuous improvement in the workplace. The EHS Supervisor will be responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of the company's health, safety, and environmental systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in EHS within a manufacturing environment, with a focus on incident investigations, industrial hygiene, and occupational health.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement, and manage the company's safety programs, ensuring compliance with local, state, and
federal regulations, including OSHA.
2. Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions to educate employees about safety protocols and
procedures.
3. Lead incident investigations, utilizing tools such as fishbone diagrams to identify root causes and implement
corrective actions.
4. Foster a safety culture within the organization, promoting awareness and understanding of EHS policies and
regulations.
5. Oversee the Return to Work (RTW) program, ensuring a smooth transition for employees returning after injury or
illness.
6. Collaborate with various departments to integrate safety and health measures into all work practices.
7. Conduct regular facility inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.
8. Manage the HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) and Food Safety programs, ensuring safe and
hygienic manufacturing practices.
9. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of all EHS activities and incidents.
10. Stay abreast of new legislation and maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry best practices and
standards relating to EHS.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in EHS within a manufacturing environment.
3. Proven experience with HACCP, Food Safety, and industrial hygiene.
4. Extensive knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations, including OSHA standards.
5. Experience in conducting incident investigations and using analytical tools such as fishbone diagrams.
6. Familiarity with Return to Work (RTW) programs.
7. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead safety meetings and training sessions.
8. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
9. Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), or similar certification is preferred.
10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating leadership and commitment to safety at all
times.
