We are seeking an experienced Elder Law Attorney to join our boutique firm in Annapolis (by the Waterworks Park). The ideal candidate will have a deep passion for elder law, an understanding of the unique challenges faced by the elderly and their families, and a commitment to providing exceptional legal services to our clients. This is a permanent position that requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in the legal industry, with a specific focus on elder law, special needs planning, and long-term care planning.

Job Details
Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
2. Current license to practice law in the state.
3. A minimum of 2 years of experience as an attorney, with a specific focus on elder law.
4. Proven experience in special needs planning and long-term care planning.
5. Excellent legal research and writing skills.
6. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and work effectively with a team.
7. High level of professionalism and ethics.
8. Ability to handle a high volume of cases and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
9. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively to find solutions to complex legal issues.
10. Commitment to providing high-quality legal services and advocating for the rights and interests of the elderly.
