Job Description:
We seek a Senior Engineer with 5-10 years of experience in joint use/pole design and loading to join our team in St. Louis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil/Structural) and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering. A Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and analysis of joint use and pole loading projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop innovative solutions that optimize infrastructure performance and reliability.
