Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage all phases of electrical construction projects from conception to completion.
2. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
3. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
4. Coordinate and supervise the work of the project team, including contractors, engineers, and other professionals.
5. Identify, analyze, and mitigate potential risks that could impact project outcomes.
6. Maintain regular communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns as they arise.
7. Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
8. Negotiate contracts with external vendors and suppliers.
9. Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process.
10. Provide leadership and guidance to the project team, fostering a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience leading electrical construction projects.
2. Familiar with industrial and commercial electrical projects.
3. Proven track record of successfully managing electrical construction projects from start to finish.
4. Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, construction methods, and industry best practices.
5. Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
6. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
7. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization.
9. Familiarity with construction software and project management tools.
10. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
11. Willingness to keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements.
