Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee all phases of electrical construction projects, including planning, design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
2. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that project objectives are met.
3. Develop and manage project schedules and budgets, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
4. Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and safety standards.
5. Identify and resolve project issues and conflicts, and implement risk mitigation strategies.
6. Provide technical guidance and support to project team members.
7. Prepare and present project reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders.
8. Foster a culture of safety and quality, and ensure that all work is performed in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical construction project management
2. Strong background within commercial and industrial electrical projects.
3. Demonstrated expertise in managing complex electrical construction projects, from planning to completion.
4. Knowledge of electrical systems, construction methods, and industry best practices.
5. Proficient in project management software and tools.
6. Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
7. Ability to work effectively with a diverse team of professionals.
8. Strong commitment to safety and quality.
9. PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
