Job Details:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Permanent Electrical Design Engineer to join our innovative team. This role will be integral to the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems and circuits for our cutting-edge projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical design, circuit design, power systems, control systems, and embedded systems. Experience in instrument design, wastewater, and industrial sectors is highly desirable. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment where you can apply your skills and make a significant impact.

Responsibilities:
1. Design, develop, and test electrical devices and equipment, including communications systems, power generators, motors and navigation systems, and electrical systems for automobiles and aircraft.
2. Evaluate the efficiency of electrical systems, machinery, components, and applications by designing and conducting research programs and applying knowledge of electricity and materials.
3. Confirm system and product capabilities by designing feasibility and testing methods and properties.
4. Develop electrical products by studying customer requirements; researching and testing manufacturing and assembly methods and materials.
5. Assure product quality by designing electrical testing methods; testing finished products and system capabilities.
6. Prepare product reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
7. Provide engineering information by answering questions and requests.
8. Maintain product and company reputation by complying with federal and state regulations.
9. Keep equipment operational by following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures; requesting repair service.
10. Maintain product database by writing computer programs; entering data.
11. Complete projects by training and guiding technicians.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical design, circuit design, power systems, control systems, and embedded systems.
3. Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar computer-aided design software.
4. Experience in instrument design, wastewater, and industrial sectors.
5. Strong understanding of electrical manufacturing processes.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills.
7. Ability to work in a team environment.
8. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
9. Ability to explain complex technical issues in a way that non-technical people may understand.
10. Project and team management skills.
11. Ability to work to deadlines under pressure.
