Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Electrical Design Engineer to join our team in the Engineering industry. The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field of electrical engineering and should have experience in using Revit, AutoCAD, NEC & NFPA codes, LEED, and COMCheck. As a Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing electrical systems, as well as overseeing the installation and maintenance of electrical equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop electrical systems for various projects
  • Create electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layouts using AutoCAD and revit software
  • Ensure that all electrical systems and equipment comply with NEC and NFPA codes
  • Conduct electrical load calculations and power distribution studies
  • Perform energy audits and recommend energy-efficient solutions using LEED and COMCheck standards
  • Collaborate with other engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure that all electrical systems are integrated seamlessly into the overall project design
  • Oversee the installation and maintenance of electrical equipment and systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any electrical issues that arise during the project lifecycle
  • Provide technical support and guidance to other team members and clients

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical engineering
  • Strong knowledge of revit, AutoCAD, NEC codes, LEED, COMCheck, and NFPA codes
  • Familiarity with electrical load calculations and power distribution studies
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other team members and clients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
