We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Electrical Design Engineer to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry. This is a unique opportunity for a highly skilled individual to bring their expertise to a team dedicated to pushing the boundaries of electrical design and manufacturing. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing electrical equipment, components, or systems. They will also be involved in the production of new and existing products, ensuring that they meet quality standards and are delivered on time.

Responsibilities:

As an Electrical Design Engineer, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

1. Designing and developing electrical components and systems that meet the requirements and goals of the project.
2. Collaborating with other engineers and team members to develop, implement, and evaluate systems and components.
3. Developing and implementing test procedures for components, equipment, and systems.
4. Preparing and studying technical drawings, specifications of electrical systems, and topographical maps to ensure that installation and operations conform to standards and customer requirements.
5. Investigating and testing vendors' and competitors' products.
6. Providing training and supervision to junior engineers and other technical staff.
7. Working closely with project managers to ensure the timely delivery of products.
8. Participating in design reviews to identify issues and provide recommendations for improvement.
9. Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in electrical engineering and manufacturing.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Electrical Design Engineer position should have the following qualifications:

1. A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical design, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
3. Proficiency in electrical design software.
4. A solid understanding of electrical theories and principles.
5. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
6. Strong communication and team-working skills.
7. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
8. A proactive approach to work, with a strong drive for results.
9. A commitment to continuous learning and development in the field of electrical engineering.
10. Professional Engineering (PE) certification is a plus.
