We’re looking for an Electrical Design Project Manager to join our growing team—someone with a keen eye for design and a passion for electrical systems. If you have a background in equipment sizing, load calculations, lighting system design, and BIM in Revit, this could be your next great career move.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage electrical design projects from initial concept to final delivery, collaborating within a multi-disciplinary team of engineers.
- Design, analyze, and optimize electrical systems while ensuring compliance with building codes, energy standards, and best practices.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining accuracy and timeliness in reports and deliverables.
- Conduct equipment sizing, load calculations, and energy savings assessments.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs, provide technical insights, and deliver exceptional service.
- Provide technical guidance on electrical systems testing, energy modeling, and schematic design interpretation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 5-7 years of experience in Electrical Systems Engineering, with a focus on building systems.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Revit and Microsoft Office, along with solid technical writing skills.
- Desire to strengthen analytical skills related to the architectural and engineering design process, building codes, and performance standards.
- Healthcare, research, and critical environments sectors design experience would be a plus
- Ability to work from or relocate to the Grand Rapids or Detroit Metro area, with occasional travel to Royal Oak.
