Job Details

As Division Manager, you’ll provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the division while serving as the lead Project Manager on large, complex commercial and industrial projects. You’ll collaborate directly with clients, field teams, and executives to ensure quality, profitability, and safety remain top priorities.

  • Lead day-to-day operations for the Louisville electrical division, setting goals and driving performance.
  • Serve as lead Project Manager on large-scale electrical projects from planning through closeout.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with GCs, developers, and engineers.
  • Oversee estimating, scheduling, budgets, and contract negotiations to ensure profitability.
  • Manage and mentor project teams while promoting a strong safety and accountability culture.
  • Align divisional goals with corporate strategy, focusing on continuous growth and improvement.

Qualifications:
  • 7–10+ years of experience in electrical construction, including at least 5 years in project management
  • Prior leadership or operations experience highly preferred
  • Proven success managing multi-million-dollar projects
  • Deep understanding of electrical codes, safety standards, and industry best practices
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficient with project management tools, estimating software, and standard office applications
