We are seeking a qualified and experienced Project Manager to lead MEP/FP production efforts for our Boston office. This individual will be responsible for managing and executing complex engineering design projects, with a focus on Higher Education, Healthcare, Laboratory, and similar sectors.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading and overseeing MEP/FP engineering design from concept through construction
Providing technical guidance and mentorship to project team members
Conducting site visits for field investigations and construction oversight
Managing project production, quality control, and delivery to meet client expectations

Requirements
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (BSME or BSEE) from an accredited institution

Proficiency in Revit or AutoCAD for Building Information Modeling (BIM)
Strong organizational, collaboration, and communication skills
A proactive mindset with a strong work ethic
Preferred Qualifications:
LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP)
