Job Details
Responsibilities
+ Develop electrical conceptual designs and one-line diagrams
+ Design building lighting and power systems
+ Coordinate electrical scope with low voltage systems
+ Interface with external engineering teams, contractors, and vendors
+ Conduct photometric studies and preliminary coordination studies
+ Prepare documentation for Title 24 compliance
+ Support construction processes through a clear understanding of project flow
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field; PE license required
+ 5 or more years of experience in building electrical systems design
+ Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Word, Excel, and Bluebeam
+ Experience with AGI32, ElumTools or Visual Lighting Software
+ Familiarity with eTAP and/or SKM for power systems analysis
+ Strong knowledge of NEC and local building codes
+ Excellent communication and coordination skills
+ LEED accreditation is a plus
