Job Details

We are seeking an Electrical Engineer to join our Team. Successful candidates will 5+ years of Engineering Consulting experience. You will assist in the Design and Project Management of Commercial Projects. Software proficiency in AutoCAD / Revit. Must have strong analytical ability and excellent written & verbal communication skills.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited university.
  • 5-6 years of pertinent engineering experience.
  • EIT Required, PE preferred.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit with excellent technical and design calculation skills.
Responsibilities
  • Designing and developing electrical systems for various projects, including buildings and infrastructure.
  • Create detailed electrical layouts, load calculations, and specifications for power distribution, lighting, fire alarm systems, and telecommunications.
  • Collaborate with architects and other engineering disciplines to ensure that electrical designs integrate seamlessly with the overall project.
  • Overseeing the production of engineering drawings, preparing technical reports, and ensuring compliance with industry codes and regulations.
  • Provide construction administration support, which may involve reviewing submittals, responding to requests for information (RFIs), conducting site inspections, and ensuring that the implementation of designs meets quality and safety standards.
  • Strong project management and communication skills are essential for coordinating with clients, contractors, and project teams to ensure the successful completion of projects on time and within budget.
