Job Details
We seek an experienced Electrical Engineer (PE in WI or ability to obtain within 60 days) to lead our Madison Electrical Group. This role involves electrical and technology design, project management, and collaboration with mechanical, structural, and civil teams. Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, and commercial electrical design software is required. Additional experience in lighting, fire alarm, security design, and construction administration is a plus.

In this role, you will collaborate with mechanical, structural, and civil teams to develop comprehensive designs for full-service projects alongside architectural partners and subcontractors. Daily coordination with both external partners and in-house teams will be essential, conducted in person and virtually. Your responsibilities will include participating in design meetings, page-turn reviews, BIM model integration, and construction site visits. Additionally, you will work closely with clients to deliver fully integrated engineering documents. For Electrical-only projects, you will take on project management responsibilities as needed.
