We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join our manufacturing team. As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of electrical systems and components for our manufacturing processes. You will work closely with a team of engineers and technicians to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop electrical systems and components for our manufacturing processes.
• Lead the design and development of microwave systems and components.
• Work closely with a team of engineers and technicians to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Develop and implement process engineering solutions to improve manufacturing efficiency and reduce costs.
• Provide technical support to production teams to ensure that our products are manufactured to the highest standards.
• Conduct component-level design and testing to ensure that our products meet the required specifications.
• Work with computer and mechanical engineers to integrate electrical systems into larger manufacturing processes.
• Use simulation software such as CST and Wasp-NET to design and test microwave systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in process engineering and component-level design.
• Strong knowledge of microwave design and simulation software such as CST and Wasp-NET.
• Experience working with computer and mechanical engineers to integrate electrical systems into larger manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of aerospace industry standards and regulations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
