Job Details
What You’ll Be Doing:
Perform detailed quantity takeoffs and input into estimating software
Review material pricing and analyze vendor/subcontractor bids
Interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents
Visit job sites and attend pre-bid walk-throughs
Develop and submit well-organized proposals and bid documents
Participate in weekly team meetings and post-bid reviews
Support the project lifecycle from bid to closeout
What You Bring:
Electrical construction background—trade school, associate’s degree, or equivalent experience
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Proficiency with estimating software (e.g., Accubid, ConEst, or similar)
3+ years in an electrical estimating role; 5+ years preferred
Experience with commercial or industrial electrical systems
