Join our dynamic team as a Electrical Estimator in the Construction industry. We are in search of a dedicated, detail-oriented individual who is passionate about the world of electrical systems and construction. As an Electrical Estimator, you will play a pivotal role in our operations, providing accurate and competitive cost estimates for our commercial electrical projects. Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Electrical Estimator, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
1. Preparing detailed and accurate estimates for commercial electrical projects.
2. Analyzing blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates.
3. Consulting with clients, vendors, personnel in other departments, or construction foremen to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues.
4. Conducting special studies to develop and establish standard hour and related cost data or effect cost reductions.
5. Reviewing material and labor requirements to decide whether it is more cost-effective to produce or purchase components.
6. Preparing reports and presentations to explain estimates and proposals.
7. Collaborating with contractors, engineers, and architects during estimate creation to ensure accuracy.
8. Keeping up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field, including new software and technologies, to increase efficiency and accuracy in the estimating process.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years' experience in estimating, electrical work, and commercial projects in the construction industry.
2. A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
3. Proficiency in computer estimating software and MS Office.
4. Strong understanding of electrical construction processes.
5. Proven experience in preparing estimates for labor, material, equipment, and construction services.
6. Exceptional analytical and mathematical skills.
7. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
8. Ability to read and understand blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
9. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
10. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
