The successful candidates will be responsible for overseeing all electrical operations, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required safety standards. These are permanent roles that require a hands-on approach, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage risks effectively.

- Electrical Foreman (50+ openings): Hourly $42-$55 plus overtime after 40 and a Per Diem of $120-$180/day + full benefits
- Electrical Superintendent (50+ openings): Hourly $55-$68 plus overtime after 40 and a Per Diem of $120-$180/day + full benefits
Job Details
As an Electrical Foreman and Electrical Supers, you will be responsible for:
1. Leading and supervising a team of electricians to ensure the successful completion of electrical installations and maintenance work.
2. Ensuring all electrical work conforms to the National Electric Code (NEC) standards.
3. Developing and implementing risk management strategies to minimize accidents and injuries.
4. Utilizing APC and Excelerate software for project management, estimating, and productivity tracking.
5. Conducting pre-construction planning, including resource allocation, work scheduling, and budgeting.
6. Promoting a culture of teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement within the team.
7. Collaborating with Superintendents and Foremen and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
8. Conducting regular safety inspections and drills to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Electrical Foreman or Electrical Super.
2. Extensive knowledge of the NEC and other relevant safety standards.
3. Proven experience with project management software such as APC and Excelerate.
4. Demonstrated ability to estimate project costs accurately and manage resources effectively.
5. Completion of an apprenticeship or equivalent work experience (8,000 hours)
6. Excellent leadership and teamwork skills, with a proven track record of leading a team to achieve project goals.
7. Strong risk management skills, with the ability to identify potential hazards and implement effective mitigation strategies.
8. Proficient in using Precon for pre-construction planning.
9. A valid electrician's license
10. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with team members, management, and other stakeholders.
