Job Details
You should know / have some of the following:
- 5 years panel shop/manufacturing experience
- Experience managing people
- High level understanding of how control panels function
- Fabricate and wire control panels with expected quality, efficiency, and safety
- Maintain supervision of panel shop personnel, counseling on approach, setting expectations, maintain schedules, and ensure objectives are being met
