Are you a seasoned Electrical Maintenance Mechanic with a knack for problem-solving and a passion for machinery? We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry. The right candidate will have a deep understanding of electrical systems and a proven track record in equipment maintenance and repair. Responsibilities:
As an Electrical Maintenance Mechanic, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our manufacturing operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Performing routine and preventative maintenance on various types of manufacturing equipment, including PLCs, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
2. Diagnosing and repairing electrical and mechanical issues as they arise.
3. Using hand tools and other specialized equipment to perform repairs and maintenance tasks.
4. Collaborating with other members of the maintenance team to develop and implement maintenance strategies.
5. Keeping detailed records of all maintenance and repair work, including any parts or materials used.
6. Adhering to all safety regulations and procedures, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
7. Participating in ongoing training and development opportunities to stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and technologies.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you must meet the following qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Electrical Maintenance Mechanic, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
2. Proven experience with PLCs, electrical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
3. Strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of equipment issues.
4. Proficiency with hand tools and other specialized repair and maintenance equipment.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with other team members.
7. A commitment to safety and a strong understanding of relevant regulations and procedures.
8. The ability to keep detailed records and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
