Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee reliability, quality, and supplier selection for batteries, chargers, and electrical assemblies.
• Manage LiFePO4 battery and charger programs from concept to customer delivery.
• Demonstrate successful project management and engineering expertise in circuit design, PCBAs, firmware, and regulatory standards.
• Contribute to Engineering Change Order processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Lead QMS compliance activities, conduct internal audits, and support inventory management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred), with 8-10 years of related experience.
• Previous roles in Quality and/or Process Engineering considered.
• Graduate degree is preferred.
