Job Details

Responsibilities Include:
  • Manage multiple projects including budgeting, scheduling, and progress tracking.
  • Review contracts and ensure compliance with scope and notification requirements.
  • Coordinate material and equipment procurement and sub-contractor agreements.
  • Ensure safety protocols are implemented and maintained on all job sites.
  • Monitor and maintain quality, schedule, and budget goals.
  • Identify cost-saving and value-added opportunities throughout the project.
  • Collaborate with field supervisors to adjust resources and timelines as needed.
  • Maintain project documentation including logs, submittals, and reports.
  • Lead monthly project reviews and forecasting meetings.
  • Track progress for billing, manage change orders, and maintain project cash flow.
  • Communicate project status and risks to stakeholders regularly.
  • Ensure timely project close-out, including final documentation and deliverables.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • 3+ years in electrical construction project management (required).
  • 5+ years in a supervisory role in electrical contracting (preferred).
  • Experience with large-scale commercial or industrial projects.
  • Electrical apprenticeship completion and estimating experience (preferred).
