- Manage multiple projects including budgeting, scheduling, and progress tracking.
- Review contracts and ensure compliance with scope and notification requirements.
- Coordinate material and equipment procurement and sub-contractor agreements.
- Ensure safety protocols are implemented and maintained on all job sites.
- Monitor and maintain quality, schedule, and budget goals.
- Identify cost-saving and value-added opportunities throughout the project.
- Collaborate with field supervisors to adjust resources and timelines as needed.
- Maintain project documentation including logs, submittals, and reports.
- Lead monthly project reviews and forecasting meetings.
- Track progress for billing, manage change orders, and maintain project cash flow.
- Communicate project status and risks to stakeholders regularly.
- Ensure timely project close-out, including final documentation and deliverables.
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- 3+ years in electrical construction project management (required).
- 5+ years in a supervisory role in electrical contracting (preferred).
- Experience with large-scale commercial or industrial projects.
- Electrical apprenticeship completion and estimating experience (preferred).
