We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Electrical Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a fast-paced environment in the construction industry where you will manage and lead large scale electrical projects. Our ideal candidate is someone who has a deep understanding of the construction business, particularly in areas such as Tilt Wall, Large Facilities, Cold Storage, Data Centers, and Distribution Centers. Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage all aspects of large-scale electrical projects from inception to completion.
2. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists, ensuring all electrical aspects of the project align with the overall plan.
3. Develop and implement project work plans and make revisions as and when need arises.
4. Communicate effectively with a diverse group of professionals and personalities, getting the work done through RFIs and vendors.
5. Review and comprehend technical and administrative documents such as reports and contracts.
6. Ensure all electrical installations comply with safety regulations.
7. Anticipate problems and proactively develop solutions to overcome obstacles.
8. Monitor project progress continually and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.
9. Demonstrate strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and guide a team towards achieving project goals within deadlines and budgets.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing large scale electrical projects in the construction industry.
3. Proven experience with Tilt Wall, Large Facilities, Cold Storage, Data Centers, and Distribution Centers.
4. Proficient in using project management software and standard office software including MS Office.
5. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
6. Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining control of project progress.
7. Superior understanding of the construction industry and up-to-date knowledge of latest electrical standards and technology.
8. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
9. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form.
10. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
