We are seeking an exceptional Electrical Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale electrical projects, particularly those involving low voltage and data center operations. You will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure of electrical projects worth over $200M. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a unique opportunity to lead and manage high-value projects in a fast-paced and innovative industry.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and oversee all aspects of electrical projects from conception to completion, ensuring that work is carried out on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
2. Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including project scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget, and timeline.
3. Coordinate and collaborate with various teams, including design, engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure the seamless execution of projects.
4. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
5. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members, to ensure clear understanding of project objectives and progress.
6. Identify and manage project risks, and devise contingency plans to mitigate potential issues.
7. Prepare and present detailed project reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders.
8. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management, specifically in managing large-scale electrical projects.
3. Proven experience in managing low voltage and data center operations.
4. Demonstrated experience in managing projects worth over $200M.
5. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety standards.
6. Excellent project management skills, including planning, organizing, and managing resources.
7. Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
9. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve project-related issues effectively.
10. Proficient in project management software and other relevant computer applications.
