Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrical Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing electrical projects, particularly in commercial settings. As a Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of electrical projects, from conception to completion. You will work closely with our clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of electrical projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
  • Liaise with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects meet their specifications and requirements.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and plans.
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential issues or risks.
  • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate project risks.
  • Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, drawings, specifications, and project reports.
  • Provide regular project updates to clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage project budgets and ensure that projects are completed within budget constraints.
  • Ensure that all project deliverables are completed on time and to the required quality standards.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing electrical projects, particularly in commercial settings.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with clients, engineers, and contractors.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Knowledge of electrical systems and industry standards.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
