We are on the lookout for a passionate and driven Electrical Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the construction industry. This role is permanent and offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of our electrical construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in electrical systems design, AutoCAD, blueprint reading, and estimating. With a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field, you will be entrusted to lead our projects from conception to completion, ensuring that all electrical work aligns with safety regulations and project specifications.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in electrical systems design, AutoCAD, blueprint reading, and estimating. With a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field, you will be entrusted to lead our projects from conception to completion, ensuring that all electrical work aligns with safety regulations and project specifications.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end electrical construction projects: from pre-construction and budgeting to execution and close-out.
- Craft project plans including scope, schedules, budgets, and resource deployment.
- Manage bidding, subcontractor negotiations, contracts, and change order administration.
- Conduct routine site inspections to ensure safety, building code compliance (e.g., NEC, Colorado regulations), and superior quality.
- Monitor project financials—cost tracking, forecasting, billing, and documentation.
- Architect closeout deliverables: O&M manuals, submittals, punchlists, and client communications.
- Communicate project status transparently with executives, clients, and field teams.
- Support and mentor project staff—fostering collaboration and efficiency.
- Oversee high-voltage T&D or substation projects, if applicable.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years managing electrical construction or service projects; commercial or industrial background preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficient with tools like Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, Primavera, or similar.
- Deep working knowledge of NEC codes, local building standards, and safety practices.
- Strong communicator, with proven leadership and negotiation skills.
- PMP certification or electrical-specific credentials (e.g., NICET, NETA) are a plus.
- Familiarity with high-voltage/commercial infrastructure projects is desirable.
