Job Details
Coordinates project start-up and mobilization
Conducts pre-construction meetings
Point of contact for the client, architect, engineers, and governmental entities
Oversees all aspects of the project, including issuing all subcontractors, approving all vendor invoices, monitoring the cost of self-performed work, and pricing and issuing project changes
Responsible for overseeing quality control on the project
Monitors project schedule & budget to remain compliant with the project contract & specifications
