We are a leading construction firm on the hunt for an experienced and dynamic Electrical Project Manager to join our team.
This role is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to bring their expertise to a variety of construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all electrical aspects of our construction projects from initial planning to completion. This position requires a strong understanding of electrical systems, project management, and construction processes. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading teams, managing budgets, and ensuring the highest standards of electrical safety.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all electrical aspects of our construction projects from initial planning to completion. This position requires a strong understanding of electrical systems, project management, and construction processes. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading teams, managing budgets, and ensuring the highest standards of electrical safety.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of electrical projects from conception to completion.
- Review blueprints, plans, and specifications to determine the scope of the project.
- Use Microsoft Project, Procore, and Blue Beam to plan, schedule, and track project progress.
- Conduct electrical safety inspections and risk assessments to ensure compliance with all regulations and standards.
- Lead and manage a team of commercial and industrial electricians, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Provide accurate project estimates and manage project budgets.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with other project managers, engineers, and professionals to ensure project success.
- Maintain constant communication with clients, contractors, and team members regarding project status.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as an Electrical Project Manager in the construction industry. (Managing projects valued at 3M+)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Procore, Blue Beam, and other project management software.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction processes, and safety regulations.
- Experience as a commercial or industrial electrician.
- Excellent blueprint reading and electrical estimating skills.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to lead and manage teams.
- Exceptional budgeting and financial management skills.
- Excellent risk management skills with the ability to identify potential risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
