Job Details

A leading electrical contractor is seeking a seasoned Electrical Project Superintendent to oversee field operations on large-scale industrial and commercial projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, has a strong command of electrical systems, and can lead crews with confidence and precision.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate all on-site electrical activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, project specifications, and timelines.
  • Lead daily planning meetings with field teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to align on goals and resolve issues.
  • Manage QA/QC processes, conduct inspections, and oversee commissioning of electrical systems.
  • Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to guide installations and troubleshoot field challenges.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including schedules, punch lists, and progress reports.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and vendors to ensure seamless execution from mobilization to closeout.
Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in electrical construction, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
  • Proven track record managing crews of 20+ electricians on complex, multi-million-dollar projects.
  • OSHA 10 or 30 certified; Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, scheduling software).
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with a commitment to safety and quality.
