Requirements:
- Process/issue purchase orders, relationships/quotes with suppliers/vendors, purchase/procure/release/expedite materials/equipment/supplies, confirm field requirements, tracking logs, invoices, change orders, and ensure on-time deliveries
- Evaluate financial risks/exposure, purchasing/bid/order docs, sourcing, market/price research/recommendations, and negotiating pricing/terms
- Work hours can be either 6am-3pm, 7am-4pm, or 8am-5pm which includes a 1-hour lunch
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Purchasing Agent at either an electrical contractor or electrical supplier
- Solid professional work references
- Must pass a drug test
