We are seeking an experienced and motivated Electrical Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing electrical projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and finalize electrical projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
Coordinate and manage project teams, including subcontractors and suppliers.
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and work plan.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
Conduct regular project meetings to provide updates and address any issues.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.
Manage project budgets and ensure financial objectives ae met.
Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations.

Qualifications:

Proven track record of successfully managing electrical projects.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
PMP certification is a plus.
