Responsibilities:
As our Electrical Superintendent Data Centers, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising all electrical construction activities. This includes:

1. Overseeing all stages of project planning and execution related to electrical work.
2. Coordinating with project managers, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure project specifications and safety standards are met.
3. Supervising and directing electrical personnel and subcontractors.
4. Ensuring all electrical work is completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
5. Managing and resolving any issues or problems that arise during the construction process.
6. Conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with codes and regulations.
7. Providing regular updates and progress reports to upper management.
8. Implementing and maintaining safety protocols, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 3 years' experience as an Electrical Superintendent, MEP Superintendent, Mission Critical Superintendent, or Data Center Superintendent.
2. Proven experience in managing large-scale commercial or industrial construction projects.
3. Thorough knowledge of electrical systems, safety standards, and regulations.
4. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
5. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical documents.
8. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
9. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is advantageous.
