Job Details

The Electrical Superintendent leads large-scale commercial and industrial electrical projects ($20–50M+), managing crews, schedules, budgets, and client expectations. The ideal candidate is licensed, safety-driven, bilingual (preferred), and ready to travel.

Core Responsibilities:

Direct project execution for complex electrical builds (industrial, data center, manufacturing, energy)

Manage large field teams (15+ electricians or multiple sites)

Ensure code compliance, quality, and productivity goals are met or exceeded

Conduct and document daily safety meetings, ORM reviews, and toolbox talks

Coordinate with Project Managers, Foremen, and other trades to maintain schedules and profitability

Mentor upcoming leaders and maintain training/licensing compliance

Utilize internal resources (Precon, Engineering, Estimating, Productivity, Excellerate, APC)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, typically 6 AM–6 PM; occasional nights/weekends as needed
Travel: 60–75% (nationwide)
