Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Oversee and manage all electrical work for commercial and residential construction projects.
- Ensure all electrical installations, repairs, and servicing are performed according to NEC codes and safety standards.
- Supervise and guide a team of electricians, providing training and support as needed.
- Install new outlets, switches, GFCIs, dimmers, and light fixtures.
- Install ceiling fans, bathroom exhaust fans, and other electrical appliances.
- Carry out electrical EV repairs and installations.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure all electrical work is up to code and meets safety standards.
- Collaborate with project managers and other construction team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Resolve any electrical issues or challenges that may arise during the construction process.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in the electrical field is required, with a strong focus on electrical installations, repairs, and servicing in both commercial and residential contexts.
- Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
- Extensive knowledge of NEC codes and electrical safety standards.
- Proficiency in installing new outlets, switches, GFCIs, dimmers, and light fixtures, as well as ceiling fans, bathroom exhaust fans, and other electrical appliances.
- Experience with electrical EV repairs and installations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve electrical issues effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other construction team members.
- Strong commitment to safety and adherence to safety standards and procedures.
- Relevant certification or licensure in the electrical field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
