Job Details
The Electrical Technical Specialist will provide technical troubleshooting skills to maintenance and operations to restore product flow, as well as provide technical leadership and training to craft employees. The person in this role is also expected to provide technical solutions to recurring design, process, and application problems, and analyze equipment and process data to identify opportunities and develop solutions and system improvements
Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 3 years of experience with electrical systems and controls utilized in industrial applications.
Experience in installing, programming, and troubleshooting AC drives, DC drives and Programmable Logic Controllers.
Preferred Qualifications
Associates or bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline
5 years of experience with working knowledge of manufacturing processes and principles.
5 years’ experience in product and process failure analysis and an understanding of world class manufacturing techniques such as lean manufacturing, FMEA, RCM SPC, TQM, etc.
