Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Electro-Mechanical Tech with experience in industrial automation preferred to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Maintenance Manager and Electrical Engineer to support operations by ensuring the reliability and functionality of electrical systems.
Core Responsibilities:
- Monitor and address electrical-mechanical maintenance needs to support smooth operations.
- Install, repair, test, and troubleshoot industrial equipment and electrical associated controls, including Allen Bradley PLCs, automation controllers,
- Rotate shifts periodically and assist with troubleshooting electrical welding methods, handling high voltage (3 phase, 480V) as required.
- Conduct periodic inspections, tests, and maintenance procedures on equipment to maintain optimal performance.
- Read and interpret schematics and electrical terminations to diagnose root problems effectively.
- Install and connect power supply wiring and conduit for new equipment installations.
- Diagnose malfunctions in equipment, making repairs or replacements as necessary.
- Communicate any electrical issues to engineering and plant management to facilitate timely resolutions.
