Job Details
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Permanent Electronic Assembler to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in our company's success by assembling electronic components, subassemblies, products, or systems. You will be responsible for reading and interpreting schematic diagrams, blueprints, and assembly instructions. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional with 5+ years of experience in electronic assembly to contribute to a leading manufacturing company.

- Read and interpret schematic diagrams, blueprints, product manuals, and process documents to assemble electronic systems and prototypes.
- Assemble and install electrical or electronic components such as microchips, transistors, resistors, capacitors, integrated circuits, and sockets.
- Inspect, test, and adjust completed units to ensure that units meet specifications, tolerances, and customer order requirements.
- Adjust, repair, or replace electronic components or assemblies to correct defects and ensure conformance to specifications.
- Collaborate with engineers and other professionals on technical issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance team performance and product quality.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in electronic assembly or a related field.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematic diagrams and blueprints.
- Strong understanding of electronic components and assembly.
- Exceptional manual dexterity to handle and assemble small, intricate parts.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills to identify and rectify defects in assembled products.
- Demonstrated ability to use hand and power tools applicable to the role.
- Solid communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Commitment to adhering to safety procedures and maintaining a safe working environment.
- A degree or diploma in Electronics, Engineering, or a related field would be advantageous.
